Here are some Pictures of Star Wars Costumes and Props I’ve made over the years. More to come…

PLEASE READ - I DO NOT MAKE ANY OF THESE COSTUMES OR PROPS TO SELL, THEY ARE FOR MY OWN PERSONAL COLLECTION. PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL ME ASKING FOR PRICING ON STAR WARS COSTUMES, OR WHERE YOU CAN GET A STORMTROOPER / BOBA FETT / BIKER / SNOW, ETC. GO TO E-BAY AND LOOK THERE, OR CHECK MY LINKS PAGE FOR SOME INSTRUCTIONS ON MAKING YOUR OWN.

I HATE TO HAVE TO RESORT TO THIS, BUT I'M NOW GETTING 15-20 E-MAILS PER WEEK ASKING FOR STAR WARS COSTUMES, OR INSTRUCTIONS ON MAKING THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, AND I WILL NO LONGER BE REPLYING TO E-MAILS ASKING ME THESE QUESTIONS, I JUST DON'T HAVE THE TIME ANYMORE.

And you can also see pics of our Sandtrooper Halloween night out here.

You can also see pics of our crazy time marching in the Annual Halloween Village Parade, both in 2000, and 2001.

Here are pics from a Vacc-U-Form Party with the Empire City Garrison.

Here’s my Star Wars gun rack. Built from wood, styrene and a phone company junction box. There’s my saber, a Stormtrooper blaster (heavily modified Kenner Blaster), Han Solo Blaster (modified Kenner as well, but I’m working on an accurate blaster built off a replica Mauser. I’ll have pics soon.), a Biker Scout pistol (modified Kenner), and Boba Fett’s blaster (scratch built by me from a water gun, PVC, wood, Styrene, and whatever else I could find).

A newer shot of the rack.

Zoom in on the blasters and Binocs.

Here’s a close-up of the modified Kenner Stormtrooper Blaster.

And the other side.

Han's A New Hope blaster in progress. I decided to re-create the pre-production model because I kind of like it better than the regular one.

Almost done....

Mostly finished. It's a Replica Mauser fitted with a Grease Gun flash suppressor and a hand made scope mount and a cheap Tasco scope. All it needs is the grill on the front.

My newest prize…Luke’s DL-44 Blaster from Empire Strikes Back. I made it from a replica Mauser, and parts from other folk all over the place.

Stormtrooper Binoculars built from an electronic tank game. Made by me.

My first Episode One prop, built from a Battle Droid water gun. I had to extend the grip (my hands wouldn’t fit in it) and tweak a few other parts to make it more accurate.

Fett Blaster in progress.

Here’s a close-up of the Fett Rifle.

Another shot of it.

Biker Scout pistol made by my friend.

Manacles I picked up on the 'net.

Luke’s ANH Saber I built from plumbing parts and instructions found at Project Graflex.

Here's my second attempt at a Luke Saber. I think it came out a lot better than the original. And below it is a Qui Gon Saber that's in progress.

Yoda Saber made by my friend. Really nice job.

Luke's ROTJ saber. Acquired in a trade. It's made of machined aluminum, but I'm not sure who it's made by.

Vader Saber made from a Heiland Synchronar and some parts from EDC and Yoda House.

My new Jedi Training Remote from a friend. It's since been traded.

Me and Tony from Halloween ’98. Home-made Fett suit (except for the gauntlets and the helmet). I’ve since re-painted the whole suit to be more accurate. Still working on the jetpack.

Fett (me) and Slave Leia (my girlfriend at the time). The Leia costume we built together out of Sintra, Super Sculpy, cloth, you name it.

Here she is looking tough with the Fett helmet on.

Here’s a close-up of the Fett chest after my re-paint.

My Fett suit on my home-made mannequin. Got the instructions here.

And what would Fett be without his most prized trophy?

Fett helmet after re-paint (but awaiting another re-paint, I’m not quite happy with the way it turned out), Colonial Marine helmet, and Biker scout helmet (awaiting a complete overhaul).

Close-up of the Don Post Biker Scout Helmet.

Here's this years costume being built....

Getting there....

Almost done....

Finally done.

Mikey's Mikey-proof armor.

Tony and his big shoes.

Tony and Juan relaxaing before the contest.

Here's my Sandtrooper helmet. Nice and scruffy.
AT-AT Driver Helmet made by Steve at Richies Armor.
TIE Pilot Helmet made by Steve at Richies Armor. Chestbox was a kit from Richies, assembled by Eric.
B-Wing Pilot Helmet made by Steve at Richies Armor.

And what Trooper's collection would be complete without an Ewok head?

A Velyap mask we made. Check here for more info: Velyap Mask

A Hammerhead mask we made. Check here for more info: Hammerhead Mask

Givin Mask.

Snaggletooth Mask.

Here's my Snowtrooper Costume. Very nice.

A set of Dengar armor I made for my friend Eric. He did a really sweet job trimming, assembling and painting it!

Frank wearing a Jengo Fett costume that Eric and I made from the upcoming Star Wars Episode 2.

Dr. Evazen and Ponda Baba (worn by Mikey and Eric). I helped out making the Ponda mask, and made the Dr.'s blaster (not seen in the pic).

Clone Trooper from Episode 2 made by Eric and I (worn by Eric).

Keith in his "Supa Trupa" costume that I helped make. He's won quite a few contests in this costume, as well as having been featured in nearly every New York Newspaper with it on. He even won Super Bowl tickets with it!!

Well, it took me a long time, but the Biker Scout costume is finally done!!

Ok, I didn’t build this, it’s the AT-AT from the Star Wars attraction at Disney World. I tried to steal it, but couldn’t fit it in my suitcase.

Speeder Bike from Disney. Kinda small, but pretty cool nonetheless.

Before you email me your question, ask yourself, "Does the word 'E-Bay' answer it?"

90% of the e-mails I get are asking, "Where can I get X (costume or prop)?"

And the answer almost always is "E-Bay".

So let me save you the time, and remind you to check E-Bay first. Thank you.
