These DVDs are made here at the Spatcave on DVD-R media. Please be sure that your DVD player can handle DVD-R media before ordering. DVDs can not be returned due to incompatable DVD players.

You may return any item bought in the SpatCave Store within 30 days of receipt IF:
Apparel:
The item is returned in "Unused" condition. If you wear the item and then try and return it, your money will NOT be refunded. Any "wear" damage will result in you not getting a refund, or only getting a partial refund. The amount of the refund is up to us, based on if the item is re-sellable, or if it is a total loss. Our decision on if the costume is in "worn" condition or not, or the value of the refund, is final.
DVDs:
DVDs cannot be returned, only exchanged if there is a problem with the DVD.
